The article quoted Cecilia Munoz, President Obama’s deputy assistant and White House director and the White House director of intergovernmental affairs. Before joining the Obama administration, Munoz was a vice president of the National Council of La Raza, a Latino advocacy group that supports amnesty and generally opposes effective measures to stop illegal immigration. </font></font></p>

A more misleading claim is hard to imagine.
